Dragon Mommy

A little about me.

I am NOT a photographer. But I am taking a course to learn how to use my recently acquired Nikon D3000 (thanks Santa!)

I am an elementary school teacher who recently had my first baby. I'm staying at home with him (for a length of time yet-to-be determined). While I do love teaching, the economy is in the pits and I couldn't continue working where I was. It wasn't worth the time and stress it would cost to be away from my child and husband.

I am a proud Georgia Bulldawg who bleeds Red and Black. I loved my four years spent living in Athens, Georgia. I got a great education, made some awesome friends, and fell deeply in love with college football.

I've lived and traveled abroad and would love nothing more than to fill up my passport with stamps from all over the world.

I am a wife. Bama and I met five years ago and one of the things we bonded over was most definitely college football. (Guess where he went.) Our fall is spent tailgating in Tuscaloosa. Don't worry...we have a sweet set-up with satellite, so I don't miss any UGA games (unless they aren't televised).

I am a mother. The dragon was born in March 2012. He is my most amazing DIY project to date!
